Defective items must be returned within 7 days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging without any additional damage. We will issue an exchange or refund in store credits within 10 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange for store credits for your next purchase. If you encounter any wrongful or duplicate charges, refunds will be processed as store credits in your pawmiseClub account.
