1. What are the order processing time and delivery rates?

All orders are processed within 24 business hours after successfully placing an order. You may check out our shipping policy here.

2. How do I track my order?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. You can also track your order progress through our Live Chat feature at the bottom right of our website.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are excited to expand our reach soon! Stay tuned for updates on when Love, pawmise will be available in more countries.

4. What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please reach out to us at feedback@lovepawmise.com with your order ID and details about the product's condition. Our team will work to resolve the issue promptly. For more information, check out here.

5. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please ensure your address is correct before finalising your order.

6. What should I do if I haven't received my order?

If you haven't received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us at feedback@lovepawmise.com with your order ID. We will investigate and provide you with an update as soon as possible.

7. What happens if my delivery is unsuccessful?

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will usually make a second attempt. If the parcel is returned to us after the second attempt, any third attempt will incur additional charges. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Pawmise Bites is a 100% nutritional freeze dried treat. Freeze dried treats are made by removing the moisture from the treats through a process called freeze-drying. This aids in preserving the nutrients and flavour while extending the shelf life of these yummy treats.

2. Why should I choose Pawmise Bites for my meow meow?

Our freeze dried treats are nutritious and they retain more of the natural flavour and nutrients of the original ingredients. They are also convenient, as they do not require refrigeration and are less likely to spoil compared to other raw fresh treats.

3. Are Pawmise Bites safe for my meow meow?

Yes! Our treats are made with high-quality ingredients and follow strict safety standards. All of our treats meet AAFCO standards and are produced under various certifications.

4. Can Pawmise Bites be rehydrated?

Yes! Our freeze dried treats can be rehydrated by adding a small amount of water. This can make them easier for some meow meows to chew or enhance their flavour.

5. Are there any artificial additives in Pawmise Bites?

No, our freeze dried treats are made with natural ingredients only and do not contain artificial additives, preservatives, or fillers. We prioritise high-quality, wholesome ingredients for your meow meow’s health.

6. Can I use Pawmise Bites as meal replacement?

No. Freeze dried treats are designed to be a supplement to your meow meow’s regular diet, not a meal replacement. They should be given as a treat or snack and not as a substitute for a balanced diet.

7. How much Pawmise Bites can I give my meow meow?

Treats should be given in moderation and should not make up more than 10% of your meow meow’s daily caloric intake. Ensure that the majority of your meow meow’s diet consists of balanced, nutritionally complete cat food. Follow the feeding guidelines on the packaging and consider your meow meow’s overall diet and health.

4. How do I earn and redeem membership points?

You can earn points in many ways, including placing an order, visiting our website, signing up, and receiving birthday rewards! You may check your points in your account. You can redeem points for discounts and free products on future purchases. During checkout, you’ll have the option to apply your points towards your order.
